Open a new doc any size and paint with a longhorn brush.


Then go to NL Filter and put these siting in Edge enhancement:
Aplha: 0.93
Radius: 0.90


Make a copy of the NL filter and name this copy layer red eye.
Go to red eye removal put it at 100





Make copy red eye layer and then go to shift
Shift 71


Waves
Amplitude 10.00
Phase 0.00
Wavelength 10.00



Now it's time to add color to it. Go the blend tool and pick out your colors you want your water to be. Then put it at overlay.
