Tip one
If the forum time is not right for where you live go to edit your profile and Preferences go down to timezone and ether put GMT +hours or -hours any your sate.
If your are in PST timezone you will want to put the GMT -8Hours.
Tip Two
How to insert a photo into post.
Just go to the photo icon and insert the link of the photo into it.
This work for photobcket and any other photo host.

Tip Three
If you want to get more inform on top of your form you made. Just go to Google.com and sat up a Google Alert for you site you made. Lost of inform on the subjugate will came to you and you can update your form almost every day if you have the time.
